Beginner Group Reformer Class

Welcome to CBX! We are excited to have you join us on your Pilates Journey. Get ready to strengthen and lengthen while creating core stability. YOU WILL LOVE IT! 

Pilates Mat Tower Class on the Reformer

This class is a combination of Pilates exercises with the mat converter on the reformer incorporating tower springs and props.Students will use body weight as well with light resistance while performing each exercise. All levels welcome. 

Reformer/Chair Combo Class

Great class for members with Reformer experience that want to add something to their weekly routine. Students will perform Pilates exercises and progressions on each piece of equipment. Class will flow at a moderate to quicker pace and you should be  comfortable with standing on the equipment. Pilates experience preferred. 

Intermediate Group Reformer Class

Intermediate Reformer classes require previous experience. We will be keeping up a quick pace for 55 minutes. Sometimes incorporating other pieces of equipment. Please join us in the studio for a beginner class or Private session. We KNOW YOU WILL LOVE IT!

Reformer Jumpboard Combo Class

Jumpboard! This class incorporates both Pilates lengthen and strengthening exercises along with great cardio. We use a padded jumpboard that is easy on the joints to stimulate cardio exeercises without impact. Classes will move at moderate to quick pace. Students should feel comfortable with getting their heart rate up and break a sweat. All levels welcome with some reformer experience. 

Total BARRE Class

This is a low impact high intensity head to toe workout! You will use a barre, weights, balls and  bands. Such a great way to tone and tighten your whole body while increasing your strength and endurance.
